Black Pearl Scuba is a firm believer that every instructor should be "raising the bar" by offering training to the best of their ability.  We require our instructors to do equal amounts of diving for themselves, compared with how much they dive for teaching.  This helps our instructors maintain their hands-on experience by constantly being put into real-world challenges.
